jewelry. I have worked mostly for independent jewelers in various
levels of retail. I opened BalboniCustom Jeweler,LLC on June 1, 2003. My credentials are as follows:
Graduate Gemologist - graduated from the Gemological Institute of America in 1994.

Property Appraiser (applied to gemstones and jewelry) - completed all
of the core courses as well as advanced courses in 1993 from the
International Society of Appraisers.
I am a native of Newington, CT. I decided to locate my business here because of the people of this community as well as the surrounding communities. My business philosophy is simple - to treat customers as I would like to be treated, as a friend and to give them real value for their money.
